A rare project that I have been consulted on since the land was first acquired by the current owners all the way through a newly constructed home and currently in the process of finishing touches. A fantastic piece of land, this place was overrun with english ivy and wisteria and features a steep slate cliff as well as a steady stream running the length of the South side. The plantings and most of the hardscaping have been informed by the preference of the homeowners for a low-maintenance, long-lasting entertainment areas for summer family get-togethers by the water.
